Adults only
- All our experiences are for adults only. Every guest must be 18 or older.
- Sunset sessions are reserved for male guests.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the start time are non refundable.
Weather policy
The sea sets the rules. If conditions are not suitable for a safe and enjoyable trip (strong wind, unsafe sea state), we will reschedule your experience to another available time or give you a full refund. Final decisions are always made by the captain with safety in mind.
Payment methods
- Credit and debit cards.
- PayPal.
- Online payments via our booking system.
- In some cases, bank transfer or cash upon request.
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable before or on the day of the experience.
Meeting point
- All departures take place from Marina Vela Barcelona. Exact pier and dock details are sent after booking.
- Please arrive exactly at your scheduled start time. If you are early, relax around the marina, there are bars and terraces nearby.
- Departures cannot be extended for late arrivals. Time lost due to late arrival is not refundable.

- A complimentary welcome drink for every guest.
- Insurance and a boat equipped and maintained to the highest standards.
Fuel is billed separately on yacht charters based on real consumption. Catering, drinks packs and efoil sessions are available on request.
Assumption of risk
Activities at sea involve inherent risks. By confirming your booking you agree that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, that you are physically fit to take part, that you release and hold harmless the operator, its captains and crew from any claims except in cases of gross negligence, and that you are responsible for your personal belongings.
